Welcome to the sedentary world of today! If you are in an occupation that involves sitting for long hours at the desk, wading through the traffic sitting on the motors of the day and if you are too tired to move your body for an exercise; you are very likely to develop a condition of ‘piles’ or hemorrhoids.
