Myth: Heart disease does not affect the young?!
Heart disease is more likely to affect individuals when they are off from the middle age. But statistics say that 10% of heart attacks are in people who are less than 45 years of age! As a matter of fact how well heart health through diet, lifestyle and stress factors has been maintained ever since the age of twenties plays a major role in development of cardiac ailments later in life.
A diet rich in saturated fats, smoking, alcohol, stressful jobs or family life, lack of adequate sleep are precipitating factors for the young to develop heart disease early.
We have also seen in the past four years that individual who had Covid on some occasions continue to have inflammation in their bodies which attracts heart issues. There is also a lot of data which suggests that the covid vaccines have also caused inflammation over a period of time. Thereby young seem to be more vulnerable to heart issues.
The above factors can cause inflammation in the body in general and blood vessels in particular that can invite the lipids to be deposited along the surface to develop blocks and cause ischemia or blockage of blood supply.
Homeopathic medicine has good remedies to work on the inflammation with remedies like Colch, Ars alb, Thuja etc., while appropriate supplements are given and lifestyle changes made; many a heart disease are warded away.
