
Sedentary is the key word for this civilization probably! Because we see every other individual at the work place is glued to their seats peering into their gleaming devices. What this has caused is a stasis of blood circulation giving rise to most of the metabolic disorders of the day.
The mantra for this would be to get up and move about and that is at least 10 thousand steps a day which has been the gold standard. But there is another meta analytic research study by Ding, Ph.D, MPH of the University of Sydney and their colleagues that there was significant reduction of mortality, cardiovascular diseases, dementia in people who would walk about 5thoudand to 7thousand steps per day. The more attractive part of the news is that even if one would walk more than that they would not be any incremental improvement and statistics of the study does not support it.
So isn’t that good news for the population of the day that their targets have been cut down by 30% points.
Meanwhile homeopathic remedies can add to the benefit with such remedies that have been able to clear the congestion and stasis with remedies like Aesculus, Sepia etc.
But needless to say, the story of the day starts with – time to start walking!
